GroupBuy Terms of Use

What GroupBuy is

MotoDecode GroupBuy is a broker service. We bring together buyers of the same new car in the same city, collect written offers from authorised dealers, and publish the best offer to the group. Free to join. No obligation to buy. Dealers pay MotoDecode a referral fee when you buy; you pay nothing extra.

You buy from the dealer

Any purchase is a contract between you and the dealer. The invoice, registration and warranty are in your name. MotoDecode is not the seller and never collects money, tokens or booking amounts from buyers.

No promised savings

Savings depend on the car, the dealer and the number of buyers. Any range shown on this site is an estimate, not a promise; the exact price is on the dealer's written offer. A price shown on an offer is the dealer's written offer; the final price is on the dealer's invoice.

Groups and offers

A group may be extended, merged with another group for the same car and city, or cancelled if too few buyers join. We will tell you what happened. You may decline an offer for any reason.

Deal codes

A deal code is personal to you and valid only for the offer it was issued for, until the expiry date shown. Quote it at the dealership to get the group price. If a dealer does not honour a published offer, tell us and we will follow up with the dealer.
