Service Delivery Policy

How MotoDecode confirms and delivers its paid digital car consultancy service.

Effective date: 18 July 2026

1. No physical shipping

MotoDecode currently provides a digital car consultancy service and does not sell or ship physical goods through the website. No courier delivery, physical return, or shipping charge applies to the ₹199 consultation.

2. Booking confirmation

After successful payment and receipt of complete booking details, confirmation is provided through the email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number supplied by the customer. Our team aims to make its initial response within 4 hours during operating hours.

3. Digital delivery method

Consultations, recommendations, reports, and follow-up information are delivered digitally by phone, email, WhatsApp, video call, or another method agreed with the customer. Any appointment or report timeline will be communicated during confirmation and may depend on customer availability and completeness of submitted requirements.

4. Delays and incorrect contact information

MotoDecode is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact information, customer unavailability, email filtering, telecom or messaging outages, payment-verification delays, or events outside reasonable control. If confirmation is not received, contact us with your transaction reference so the booking can be verified.

5. Cancellation and refunds

As the service is digital, product returns and exchanges do not apply. Cancellation and refund requests are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy at https://www.motodecode.com/refund-and-cancellation-policy.
