Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund rules for MotoDecode’s ₹199 digital car consultancy service.

Effective date: 18 July 2026

1. Scope

This policy applies only to MotoDecode’s ₹199 digital car consultancy service. MotoDecode does not currently sell or ship physical products through the website, so physical product returns, replacements, and exchanges do not apply.

2. Cancellation requests

You may request cancellation as soon as possible and no later than 3 days from payment. A request is eligible for review only if the consultation, analysis, call, or personalised recommendation work has not already started, been scheduled, substantially completed, or delivered.

Because our team aims to make the initial response within 4 hours, contact us immediately after payment if cancellation is required. Once personalised consultancy work has started or the service has been delivered, cancellation may not be possible.

3. Refund eligibility

  • A duplicate payment was charged for the same consultation booking.
  • Payment succeeded but the consultation booking could not be created because of a verified technical error.
  • MotoDecode is unable to provide the purchased consultancy service.
  • A cancellation was accepted before personalised consultation work started.
  • The delivered service was materially different from the confirmed paid service and the issue was reported within 3 days of delivery.

4. Non-refundable situations

  • The consultation, call, analysis, or personalised recommendation has already been provided or substantially completed.
  • The customer supplied incomplete or inaccurate information, did not attend an agreed call, or remained unavailable after reasonable contact attempts.
  • The customer disagrees with an independent recommendation but the promised consultancy service was provided.
  • The request concerns a promotional or third-party charge that was not collected by MotoDecode.

5. Refund request and timeline

Send the payer name, registered mobile number or email, payment date, amount, booking number if available, transaction reference, and reason to motodecodeinfo@gmail.com. Never send a UPI PIN, OTP, CVV, card PIN, or banking password.

Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days to the original payment method. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount. Pending or failed transactions may be automatically reversed by the payment provider and will be investigated using the transaction reference.
